Virtual (Online) Instructor-led Training

  • Provides real-time instructor training
  • Anybody from any location can participate in the training
  • Eliminating travel and saving time
  • Attend the training session using your PC, telephone and Internet to interact with the instructor
  • Real-time interactive training, it is not a pre-recorded training. 

To join the Virtual Live Class (Online) training session:

  • Step 1:  View instructor computer You will be provided by an email a unique web link to join the virtual (Online) interactive training session. 
  • Step 2:  Interact with Instructor and Other participants. You will be provided with details for joining teleconference for the scheduled session, dial the number to voice interact with the training instructor.

    One-time set-up of your computer for attending the training session:

    It is highly recommended to complete the one-time setup and prepare your computer for the training session before the scheduled training sessions. Preparing your computer up-front will save your time on the session day.

    BEFORE JOINING THE TRAINING SESSION

    • Yugma: goto www.yugma.com
    • On the Yugma homepage (https://www.yugma.com), click the Download button and install the yugma software.
    • Once the installation is complete, launch Yugma 
    • When it is time for the session to begin, click the meeting link provided to you to join the meeting
    • Verify the meeting ID provided to you and the meeting ID in the Yugma are the same

    JOIN THE MEETING TELECONFERENCE:

    • Telephone: Dial the telephone number provided to you for the training session. We suggest that you use a land line or a web-based phone like skype to dial into the teleconference. 
    • Next, enter the training meeting or session ID and follow the instructions prompted.
