Virtual Live Class (Online) training details

To join the Virtual Live Class (Online) training session:
Step 1: You will receive an email from us which will have a unique web link to join the online interactive training session.The sessions are not recorded, they are completely interactive.
Step 2: You will be provided with details for joining teleconference, for the scheduled session, dial the number to voice interact with the training instructor.

Prepare your computer for attending the training session: It is highly recommended to prepare your computer for the training session, before the scheduled session. It will delay the session if you attempt to prepare your computer for the session on the scheduled day.

BEFORE JOINING THE TRAINING SESSION

* Before joining this meeting, ensure that your computer is compatibale for attending the online training session. The computer should be Yugma compatible, to ensure you have all the details required for the training, go to https://www.yugma.com/yugmaready.
* Next, on the Yugma homepage (https://www.yugma.com), click the Download button in the
header to download the version of Yugma you need (Windows, Mac or Linux).
* Select the file you want to download. After downloading, run the installer.
* Once the installation is complete, Yugma will launch automatically.
* When it is time for the session to begin, click the meeting link above to join your meeting.

JOIN THE MEETING TELECONFERENCE:

If you are using the teleconferencing service provided by Yugma, dial the telephone number provided to you for the training session. Next, enter the training meeting or session ID and then press the #(pound) key on your phone. We highly recommend that you donot use a cell phone for attending the training session.
